Located in Josefsstrasse, Cafe Caredda offers a wide range of pastries. My favorites were the Cannoli and the Aragoste. The chocolate cake was a little on the heavy side, and the Amaretti, while delicious, had a lot of alcohol inside. The place also offers hand made marzipan were beautiful. Espresso was excellent, too.

Arrived in the afternoon, after the meal, the chef did not go to work, eat the special yogurt cereal in the store, and special coffee, all good, the environment is French decoration, the waiter is very talkative, there is a parking space at the door.

It is really similar to the big era of Chiang Mai. The mango inside is imported from Thailand. It is very big. The mango glutinous rice is delicious. There is also chicken rice noodles that taste good. There are many Thai special rice covers.

The appetizer&rsquo;s are very nice. We went there with 2 adults and 2 kids. The waiter recommended us to take 3 appetizers p.p., which we thought too much, so we ordered 4. It was perfect amount. Since each main dish is big using a lot of oil, it would be nice if the explanation was precisely done as it is. Personally either 1 appetizer and main dish p.p. , or several appetizers without the main dish.

this restaurant is a bit of a strange mix between pseudo fine dining and cosy italian family restaurant. The Pizza we had was decent and the staff really put in an effort to make us happy. Not my first choice for pizza next time but not bad either...

This gem is easily accessible by tram in Zurich (Limmatplaz stop) and definitely worth the trip away from downtown. I must say that some baked goods were absolutely amazing, while others were quite good, but just too alcoholic. My favorite was the aragoste from which I should have had at least three more. Note also, that they make their own marzipan. The place is pretty dated, but that is what makes it so special. You are truly catapulted back to a little town in Italy. Definitely worth a repeat.
