The Shanghai Public Security Exit-Entry Administration has added two new 24-hour smart endorsement service points in Jing'an, Shanghai (1st floor, International Reception Hall, No. 1600 West Nanjing Road; processed on the 6th floor during working hours on working days) and Changning (3rd floor, Building B, No. 188 Hongbaoshi Road), in addition to the existing points in Zhangjiang and Hongqiao. These four locations provide convenient 24-hour services for mainland residents holding a valid Entry-Exit Permit for Hong Kong and Macau to apply for tourism and business endorsements. Shanghai residents and residents from other provinces holding a valid Shanghai residence permit can reapply for Hong Kong and Macau endorsements using the smart endorsement machines.
