Great value for money, and the room was comfortable and roomy! Unfortunately, we encountered a water leak in our room, which was quite a shock. We called the front desk in the middle of the night, and the staff immediately helped us switch rooms. They handled the situation promptly, and the service was excellent! The breakfast was quite basic, but for a room for two at around TWD 500 including breakfast, you really can't complain! 😂
The room is very good, the atmosphere is good, it is clean, but if the bathroom has a fan, the air system will be much better. It smells a bit musty, but overall it is very good.
The first impression is that the staff is good, friendly, and polite. The room is clean, but the accommodation is in an alley outside the market. If you have your own car, it will be convenient and quiet.
Breakfast has a variety of dishes: fried eggs, sausage, chicken breast, bread, delicious rice porridge, stir-fried basil, braised pork, plain rice, cereal, milk, orange juice. You don't have to go out to eat early in the morning.
Overall, it's good. I'll use the service again if I have a chance.
The room, view + food was amazing & great - no doubt.
However, their service and cleanliness (especially about the sofa beds) seems to be seriously lacking. And it seems like dogs tend to stay here too. Which is highly concerning that they don't clean up the rooms properly. I've been having bed bugs/ticks on my clothes/body throughout 5 days now as I'm travelling from place to place. As if an invisible bug keeps biting me non stop. A rookie mistake was to sit on the sofa bed and then the real bed (which was incredibly soft and the 4 pillows were amazingly soft and smooth too) but all this went down the drain cause I cannot remove the bug anymore. It's constantly with me since it's infected all of my clothes too. I'll always end up with a scar/bite on my body. It sux. I told the staff about this and she simply gave me an awkward smile. This was disappointing. I believe they have to train their staff better together with maintaining the pest control for a better stay in future... also the place is super crazy dark at night.... no lights whatsoever into the hotel... pretty scary and that's the only thing about the location. You do need a car. Else, it's almost impossible.
They have a hairdryer here for you and everything is laid out once you're there. There is a boiler for you too. The amenities are much appreciated.
Nice design inside in Japanese style. Clean room. Shower is quite small and joined with toilet but the rooms itself is big and has separate area to sit.
The rooms does not have window by the way. Just some artificial lights but it looks good (Japanese design hides it). Overall great for 1-2 nights stop on the car trip in Korat.
This time booking via trip.com, we booked non-cancellable and paid immediately. Convenient and confident with trip.com's booking system, got a good price and used trip coins to help pay. We arrived at the accommodation at 18:00. Check-in was smooth. The accommodation was ready. The tent's amenities were complete. There was no TV. Most importantly, there was a comfortable, clean and functional bathroom in the tent. The WiFi signal was good. You can watch movies online. The air was cool. You don't have to turn on the air conditioner to feel cold. Sleep soundly with the sounds of nature. The breakfast was delicious. The accommodation staff were friendly, smiling, and welcoming. They were warm and friendly. I like the 300m jocking track. Although it was short, it worked well. We walked 5 rounds. The air was good, there was wind, and there was soft sunlight. I was very happy. The road near the entrance to the accommodation was a bit rough. There were no street lights. Drive a little slower. It worked without any problems.
Best value for money the only down side is the staff are not the most welcoming or friendly a bit of customer service would help saying that from price to the hotel everything is great but that is the only let down

GGuest UserBooked because I went to Khao Yai running event. The room was very good. At first, I thought I would have to stay in a mixed room for men and women, but it was great that they arranged for a female room. It was clean, spacious, high, and the bed was soft. The breakfast was delicious. There were free bananas for runners. It was very cute. If I have a chance to go again, I will definitely book. I recommend it.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is newly opened, just opened for 4 months. It is not difficult to travel. There are two 7-Elevens near the accommodation. Overall, the room is good, the atmosphere is good, there is a swimming pool and a fitness center. Breakfast is also good with a variety. The staff is lovely and attentive. The hotel has Mont Fleur mineral water to drink all the time. It is very good. On the day I stayed in the morning, there was a slight power outage, but it was across the entire area and the problem was solved quickly. Overall, it is good.
MMiYu koThere is no notice in advance that after 8 o'clock, there is no service staff ...
✨ ️ But the overall room is clean, beautiful colors, decorated with earth tones, comfortable for the eyes.
⭐️ The bed is moderately soft, there are several pillows.
🚿 The bathroom is newly made, clean and clean, with small soap and shampoo available.
.... But my friend can't come to the hotel because there is no one to open it. I have to waste time to drive to open the door.

JJoanna7The hotel was exceptionally clean. Free coffee for breakfast was a nice surprise. Overall it's good for budget travellers, but there were 2 issues. First of all, no hot water in the shower. It was slightly warm at most. The second thing is that there is a gap between walls and the ceiling of the toilet (like in public toilets). That means your roommate will clearly hear you poop, so maybe consider another hotel if you are in a new relationship.
I also prefer to have shower gel and shampoo in big dispensers instead of small (10ml) bottles. It's better to reduce single use plastic.
