It's pretty good, but it's a shophouse. You have to go to the restaurant for breakfast, which gives you coupons. It's pretty good. The location is between many bars, so it might be a bit noisy. But the room isn't soundproof, so there's always noise from other rooms and foot traffic outside.

Overall, our stay was good. We traveled as a family (3 adults, 1 child) and booked a spacious room with two king-sized beds. However, due to our short vacation, we only stayed for one night. Breakfast was included and offered a fantastic selection of four different options. It was excellent, and everyone was completely satisfied. Our little one absolutely loved playing in the pool and didn't want to get out! Parking was convenient and secure. The front desk staff provided excellent service. We will definitely return!

I was skeptical that a homestay could be rated so highly but now I understand why. It truly did feel like a homestay, as the family were present and tried to create an authentic local experience for their guests. Our hosts toured us through the city to a market and temples, it was a great experience and kind gesture. If you want to make connections with people while travelling I recommend this homestay!

This hotel's location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the beach and the bar party street. Despite its proximity to the action, the hotel itself is surprisingly quiet, allowing for peaceful nights' sleep. The rooms are standard, but clean and comfortable. The internet worked well, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A great choice for those seeking a balance of relaxation and quiet nightlife

Everything is great about this place. Very comfortable beds with two different pillows per person (firm and soft), a warm shower, free coffee and tea, room service, a very kind receptionist, motorcycle rental at the hotel (super convenient) and even free bike rental. Would definitely come again if I were in the area!

I was changed to another hotel, which gave me a smaller and cheaper room. I found out when I checked in. The receptionist said they would upgrade me because there was a problem with the room I booked, but I didn't expect the upgrade to mean a smaller one and a bit further away. The room wasn't that bad, just a little disappointing. It would be better if she had told me the truth.

The room is good, but on the floor, there are many hairs. The room booked is a sea view, but open the curtains to see a tree. I can hardly see the sea. But overall it is good

Very good accommodation, very clean room, hotel-like feel, quality beyond price, highly recommended. It's very difficult to find a place like this in Cha-am. Parking is public, near food sources, no elevator but it's not a problem at all. Worth the price. Will definitely stay again. The staff is very friendly and lovely.

Old school, cleanliness is good enough. But the cars are very crowded. Because I also went during the Phra Nakhon Khiri Festival '67, the school was opposite the tram point up Khao Wang. It is considered convenient for people who want to travel to the top, during the festival there will be cars and trucks? Transportation to and from the event is 20 baht per person, but you must remember where to get on and off the bus carefully. Otherwise, I had to walk around until I found the right solution. I walked a lot until I was tired. I came back to take a shower and slept until morning haha. The breakfast buffet was basic and simple. Eat until you were full. For a comfortable half-day onward journey.
