Pros: The building is pretty, the boss is friendly, in front of the hostel in the morning
You can eat at 20,000 Binmi, there is win mart right in front of the hostel
Cons: The location is bad (stop at Laokai bus station), the bedding smells not good, there are stains, the towel smells, the smell of cigarettes in the room.

The location is at the starting point of Sapa, so it is close to the night market, general market, mart, Sapa Lake, etc. It is not far to Sapa Square, which is about a 20-minute walk away, and the cable car to Phan Si Pin Muong Lake is not far away. The hotel is generally clean, and the staff is very friendly to guests. You can make reservations for other destinations, and there are English-speaking staff. If I had to find a downside, the hotel room door sometimes malfunctioned, and it was a bit difficult to close. Also, breakfast is included in the hotel reservation, but they ask for 600,000 VND when checking out. I don't know if it was a mistake or intentional, but I was embarrassed because I had experienced it in Vietnam. Also, at 3:30 in the morning, I woke up to the sound of the automatic door beeping and the door opening and closing. Nevertheless, if you have a group or a group, I recommend this hotel. The owner is very friendly, and although it is a newly opened hotel, there are areas for improvement, but I give it points for warmly welcoming travelers.

The room itself need improvement. We found small cockroach and a lot of spider web on the ceiling.
Bathroom shower floor always wet.
They provide used slipper, not new one.
Breakfast has quite varieties with OK taste.
Location is great, walking distance within Sa Pa downtown.

So many loud guests staying at this hotel!!! I stayed for three nights and all the other guests seemed to do was shout and talk at the top of their voices. I was woke up at 5:30am one morning with the couple in the next room who thought it okay to have their door open and have a very loud conversation. This is something that the hotel needs to address by perhaps having some rules on display.

I booked backpacker rooms because i can’t sleep in the room alone,when i reach there, there is no one i literally occupied the whole room. 😅
Owner is good, they provides towel, shampoo, toothbrush and water. For the price i think it’s fair.
Just a little misunderstanding for the booking coz when i paid it includes breakfast, but its not. No complain on that.

Very good hostel, excellent room facilities. I stayed in a very large one with several beds, good bed space, a closet, and a very nice bathroom!
It's located about a 5-10 minute walk from the center, but very easy to get to! I would stay again.

The room was very clean overall. The location was also great, close to attractions. The shop also rents out motorbikes, making them very convenient for getting around. The shop owners were very welcoming and even gave us some delicious food when we left.

GGuest UserIt was an amazing experience to visit Sapa. I stayed there for 2 days. The owner is very friendly, he also helped me book a bus to Hanoi. And if you are still confused about what activities to do there, there are many tour packages that you can take offered by the hostel. So I recommend this place for short visits and also for solo travelers. Thank you..

The cleanliness is not perfect though: Our soap was already used and my feet were almost black after walking barefoot in the hotel room.
It was also quite loud, you can hear everything that is happening in the hallway.
Would still recommend!

FFangkhowThe accommodation is clean, the room is clean, there is a hair dryer, air conditioner, bleach, hot water, good service, the owner is kind and can communicate in English very well. But the only downside is that I stayed on the third floor, there is no elevator, I have to walk up and down. If you have a big bag, you have to carry it up, it's quite heavy. The owner also recommended places to visit.

2층 식당에서 뜨거운 물도 얻었습니다.
근처에 식당,카페 많아요.
가성비 좋아요.
1층 침대가 좋아요.

If you’re traveling at a slower pace like I was, this is the perfect spot to unwind. I loved having the time to relax, read a book, and really soak it all in. It’s one of those rare places where you can truly decompress and just be. Can’t recommend it enough!

GGuest UserFirstly, the staff are friendly and helpful, you can be put in touch with a good driver for transport, book fansipan mount and just ask them for more info. The rates are inexpensive so it is fair value. Better heating would be nice, it was just adequate on what was a cold week with temperatures of 8-11 degress celcius, which was unseasonal. There are restaurants, cafes, atm's and a laundry all just minutes away at most. If you want a budget stay or last minute booking as it was for me, it was the right place. The views from the balcony to your door was rasther nice.
