Title: The Ultimate Fun Villa! Non-Stop Entertainment! ★★★★★ Our stay at this Pool Villa was an absolute blast—it was fantastic from start to finish and completely exceeded our expectations! They have 5 rooms and 7 double beds, pretty spacious for up to 14 people. Top-Notch Entertainment Facilities - A Total Surprise! This place is more than just a private pool; it's a full-blown private entertainment hub! What our group of friends loved most: · Private Karaoke System: The KTV setup was awesome with a massive, up-to-date song library. We found all the latest hits, classics, and Cantonese songs · Retro Arcade Games & Pool Table: The arcade cabinet had so many classic games for a serious nostalgia trip. After that, switching to a competitive game of pool kept the energy high. These facilities really made our trip unforgettable. Thoughtful Touches That Made All the Difference Beyond the fun, it was the thoughtful details that truly impressed us: · Water Dispenser in the Kitchen: Incredibly convenient! No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. Having instant hot and cold water on tap was a game-changer. · Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: The biggest sweet touch was the owner providing bath salt for us! After a full day of activities, sinking into a fragrant, hot bath was the perfect way to unwind and felt like pure luxury. This small gift added such a personal, caring touch. Verdict: We Will 100% Be Back! This villa perfectly combines a luxurious private space, premium entertainment, and heartfelt service. From swimming to singing, gaming to soaking, everything was seamless—we never had to think about what to do next. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to all my friends. Whether it's for a big group hangout, a family gathering, or a special celebration, this is the perfect choice. Thank you to the owner for creating such a wonderful space for making memories.

Started off a little miscommunications with the agent. But everything was sorted out by 2pm on day of check-in. Guess they were afraid we will or need to enter the house before the actual check-in time 3pm. But all was good as we only reached by 6pm. House is exact the same as we saw from the photo. Thou some glitches like :- 1) Washing machine very dirty and the piping already worn out from the sunlight at the backyard. 2) No filtered hot & cold water. Got to boil hot water if we wanted to drink hot drinks. 3) Master bedroom toilet, showering drainage was choked. Water can’t drain quickly. Of course I had already feedback to the agent on Day 1 upon checking-in. Hopefully the next group arrival will enjoy the facility better. However …We do enjoyed the Pool Table, Mahjong gathering (but without dice 🎲) 🤣, Karaoke 🎤 set (but the mic a little worn out) And the huge space for the 6 of us (3 families) to mingle and chat

What impressed me most about staying at Tambuna Retreat was the incredible service from the staff—they are so thoughtful! 🥰 While we were out, they even proactively messaged us on WhatsApp to let us know we could enjoy our time outside worry-free, as they would keep an eye on the front gate. It gave us such great peace of mind. On top of that, they even drove us around in a buggy, providing truly attentive service! The biggest surprise was when they gifted us some cups; you could really feel their genuine sincerity. The entire stay was so heartwarming. Not only was the accommodation comfortable, but the service made us feel right at home. If you are looking for a resort with amazing service that offers a safe, cozy, and welcoming stay, I highly recommend Tambuna Retreat! ❤️

Excellent. Good for family with kids . Have a wonderful memories a here

Amazing property with great amenities provided beyond expectations like Conway water filters hot & cold. Karaoke, game machine, lots of activities for family bonding. Towel supply is great too, what needed improvement, it’s a huge villa, so 2 person to clean is definitely not sufficient to enable us to check in at 3pm. Also pls ensure water heater is in working condition in every single bathroom for guests stay. This had inconvenienced us. Thank you.

This room is fully in line with our needs, can let a family of 10 people play together without crowding, the kitchen area is also our favorite leisure place, the long table can fully sit down for 10 people, and there is a TV for us to entertain, very recommended, The place is also convenient. The family has a great time, and there is a small corner for children to play.

We have enjoy the stay well, just the cleanliness need to improved further. We found bird **** on bedsheet for room for 6 ppl. 3 sparrows were found inside the house. The room aircond also make loud sound during night time, disturbing our sleep. Apart from that, overall is ok. The house have large space for gathering and play.

Room alot of ant 🐜 Floor alot of hair When reach can’t check in call many times on wsap nobody answer at last after half an hour finally hv someone answer call…9pm nite only received email to check in password to get d key 😅

The host was very proactive and quick to resolve any issues that came up. The house is spacious, comfortable, and in a convenient location. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend it.
