Australia One Price Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. THESE TERMS: This Promotion is operated by Trip.com Travel Singapore Pte. Ltd., a limited liability company with its address at 30 Raffles Place, #29-01 Singapore 048622 (”Trip.com”). By participating in this Promotion, you accept and agree to these terms, our general Terms (&) Conditions and the decisions of Trip.com.
   
2. PLATFORMS: This Promotion is available on only the Australia version of the Trip.com mobile app (version 8.1.0 or above) (hereinafter referred to as "Trip App"). 3.ONE PRICE CAMPAIGN PROMOTION PERIOD: The promotion starts on 27 Jan 2025 00:00:00 AEDT and ends on 31 Dec,23:59:59 AET.
   4.ONE PRICE SELLING PERIOD: The first promotion starts on 9 September 14:00:00 AEST and ends on 9 September, 23:59:59 AEST.
   
3. TRAVEL PERIOD: Flights departing from 10 Sep 2025 to 31 Jan 2026.
   
4. ELIGIBILITY: Users must have, or sign up for, a Trip.com account to participate in the Promotion.
   
5. DETAILS OF THE PROMOTION: The Promotion applies to Sydney to Melbourne, Sydney to Brisbane, Sydney to Gold Coast, Sydney to Cairns, Sydney to Adelaide, Melbourne to Sydney, Melbourne to Brisbane, Melbourne to Gold Coast, Melbourne to Cairns, Melbourne to Adelaide, Brisbane to Sydney, Brisbane to Melbourne, Brisbane to Cairns, Gold Coast to Sydney, Gold Coast to Melbourne, Adelaide to Sydney, Adelaide to Melbourne, Perth to Bali trip economy class flight tickets (adult tickets only) with the "One Price" promotion tag. These tickets must be for flights that take place within the Travel Period (the "Selected Routes"). During the Promotion Period, a limited number of flight tickets for the Selected Routes will be available at the special price displayed on the App, on a first come first served basis. a discounted rate until stocks last. Under the One Price Deals mechanism, only one passenger can be added per booking. Each person must make a separate booking, but there is no limit on the number of bookings.
   
6. GENERAL:
   a. The Promotion is available for selected travel dates only.
   b. The baggage policy is subject to the airline's policy. Please check the baggage allowance and requirements prior to booking.
   c. Prices are correct at time of publication. However, prices and availability are dynamic and may change from time to time. Please confirm availability, prices, and applicable terms and conditions prior to booking.
   d. Fares may be subject to strict change, cancellation, refund and endorsement conditions. Conditions and policies may vary. Please refer to the relevant policy for details prior to booking. If the flight tickets purchased under this Promotion are refunded, the final refund fee is subjected to final calculation and deduction of the Promotion discounted amount.
   e. The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or offers.
   
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the extent permitted by law:
   a. Trip.com will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs or claims arising out of or relating to this promotion, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
   b. Trip.com reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
   
8. PROHIBITIONS: Trip.com reserves the right to cancel any bookings of members who engage in fraudulent, disruptive, or abusive behavior or who violate these terms.
   
9. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: These terms are governed by the law of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore will have jurisdiction over any dispute. This will not deprive you of any mandatory rights of your home country. Trip.com reserves all rights of final interpretation.
