Asia on Sale Promotion Terms
1. Promotion: These terms apply to Trip.com’s Asia on Sale Promotion.
2. Promoter: This promotion is operated by Trip.com Travel Singapore Pte. Ltd., a limited liability company with its address at 30 Raffles Place, #29-01 Singapore 048622 ("Trip.com"). By entering this promotion, you accept and agree to these terms, the coupon T&Cs, our general T&Cs and the decisions of Trip.com.
3. Promotion Period: 1 October 2025 12:00am AEST to 29 October 2025 11:59pm AEDT.
4. Promotion Platforms: This Promotion is available on the Australian version of the Trip.com mobile app (version 7.74 or above) (hereinafter referred to as "Trip App")
5. Promo Codes: for specific and detailed usage requirements, please refer to the usage rules provided with each promo codes. To participate in this Promotion, you must be a registered user of Trip.com with a valid account and be over 18 years of age. The Promotion is limited and on a first come first serve basis.
$100 OFF Promo Code
(a). Promotion period: 14 October, 2025, 00:00:00, AEST and ends on 29 October 2025, 23:59:59, AEDT. The benefits of this promotion is one-time use per account. Travel Period: 2 October, 2025 - 3 July, 2026.
(b). This promo code can only be applied when paying in AUD.
(c). The promo code only applies to flights departing from Perth to Asia (excluding Bali) on Cathay Pacific Airways, Batik Air, Malaysia Airlines, Thai Airways, China Southern Airlines, Vietnam Airlines, Philippine Airlines, All Nippon Airways. It cannot be applied to code-share flights.
(d). The promo code is only available on the Australian version of the Trip.com App.
(e). Enter the promo code to receive a discount of $100 OFF, min spend $500 including tax, excluding the booking fee. The available discounted price under the Flight Promotion is not reserved until payment is complete.

(g). Airlines reserve the right to adjust prices and control seat availability according to sales situations. Final fare based on the airline's actual sale price. Seat availability is subject to airlines.

8. To the extent permitted by law Trip.com will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs or claims arising out of or relating to this promotion, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
9. Trip.com reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
10. You may not use multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. Trip.com reserves the right to cancel any bookings of members who engage in fraudulent, disruptive, or abusive behaviour or who violate these terms.

12. These terms are governed by the law of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore will have jurisdiction over any dispute. This will not deprive you of any mandatory rights of your home country.
