Our driver and guide, Wang Sanlang, speaks Chinese, English, Japanese, and Thai. He was fantastic! 👍 Enthusiastic and flexible. There was no hard selling or extra fees. He respected our needs. He gave us commemorative photos after the tour. Great memories.

We had the best English tour guide Ms Muse Velez who accompanied us in every scenic spot and even offered to take good photos of us. She is also excellent at explaining the history of Taiwan. Overall, it was a fun experience especially the sky lantern, tasting the street foods and souvenir shopping all in 1 day. Highly recommended!

I purchased a card pre-loaded with 400 Taiwanese dollars. It was convenient as I didn't have to bother with topping it up myself. I picked it up at the counter in front of the MRT entrance on the second basement floor of Taoyuan International Airport. It's a counter you absolutely can't miss. All I had to do was show the QR code I received when I made the reservation. I didn't even have to exchange a single word.
