Location is far from walking street room is clean but no service at all and impossible to contact the host check-in is later 3 pm and checkout is early 11 I don't recommend it because of the lack of services

Fantastic location and can’t say anything bad about the rental itself, all went smoothly, our only complaint is that apartment was not clean, it was not like super dirty but like kitchen appliances were just put back to cabinet but they were all dirty, luckily had all cleaning stuff available, same for floors, if you stay longer, it would be good to have proper cleaning available (no have), washing machine was good and we managed to wash all clothes and towels in daily basis, but, just need to go to 7-11 to buy detergent etc. price wise 10 of 10, location 10 / 10 , owner communication 10/10 and cleanness 6/10,

The condo is at the good location and good facility but the cleanliness needs to be improved. It has dirt in the air.

We stayed in the apartment for 4 nights. Pros: good location, nice, clean, large pool on the 3rd floor, there is a gym, beautiful views of the city from their windows (especially at night), comfortable bed, clean bed linen, 2 air conditioners. Of the minuses: - only 2 towels were provided (there was no foot towel, especially a kitchen towel). - dirty hood (they didn’t even start using it), old furniture: - mold on the sealant near the sink, no glass for dental supplies, no iron. The washing machine was not used. The cutlery consists of 2 spoons and 2 forks, 1 mug and 1 glass (this is very inconvenient), the frying pan is rusty. There is a microwave and a normal refrigerator. There is only one key, which is very inconvenient. It is very difficult to keep the apartment clean since there are no cleaning supplies (rags, garbage bags). For this price I would not rent this apartment if the shortcomings are not corrected. And the apartment looked larger in the photo, but in real life it was very small, maximum 2.

The best thing is the location. The hotel is close to songthaew riding and all nearby beach restaurants are close, so it was very convenient. It was nice to be able to check in earlier than expected, and the swimming pool was clean and large, so it was great to enjoy leisurely. One thing that is disappointing is that there is no front desk, so it was very inconvenient to have to contact the owner separately for things like changing towels or cleaning.😭

There is a lounge and infinity swimming pool on the roof of the apartment to watch the sunset. The biggest highlight of this apartment is its convenient transportation. Take a long-distance bus from Bangkok to the terminal, and then take a mini bus across the road, commonly known as a songthaew by Chinese people. One bus goes directly to the gate of the community. There is a lively road at the entrance of the community, and you can go directly to the beach through the alley. Next to the community are night markets, bars, and 711 convenience stores, which are very lively. The landlord is Chinese and took the initiative to add me on WeChat, and the communication was very smooth.
