The location is super convenient. The room is clean enough with two different types for room and bathroom slippers. It’s easy to locate and totally worth to stay.

The location of this hotel is really good. Easy to travel to the Macau’s landmark. Many coffee shop and snack stores around hotel, so you don’t have to get starved.
Hotel’s room is clean and the staff is helpful.

absolutely loved my stay here! clean, beautiful and in an excellent location in a very cute pedestrian street, less than 5min from the ruins! room was always clean and i got more soap/toothbrushes/combs/water every day after i used them :-)

First we stepped into the room, floor was all wet, not dried after 10mins waiting time, I guess the room is quite humid
Managed to change to another room
But the cleanliness need to be improved
Bed is not that comfortable
Short walking distance to 大三巴 Ruins of São Paulo
Need to carry luggage from bus stop, walking through a steep and narrow walkway, is not that near and convenient
Lotus house is located in a small alley, it looks cute in the day time with a lot cat painting on the wall
But the alley looks abit scary at night to hang out or explore around

The Hotel location is located in a very nice area. Near sightseeing places. Quite the middle in walking distance to restaurants and the senardo square.
Thus the Hotel staff aren’t that friendly and not much helpful not sure if it’s because cultural or personal manners.
