MMMMOK
The top of the concrete was removed and placed on the ground.
Original Text
It was installed as a monument near the tip of Akashi Port where high-speed ships enter and exit. It used to be a concrete lantern part, but now it is also installed in a monument shape on the ground where only the upper part has been removed and maintained. Grace, the fence was attached around and it was not possible to contact directly. By the way, it was currently designated as a tangible cultural property designated by Akashi City, but I couldn't find a plate of "registered tangible cultural property".
When I went to the right from the ferry stop to Awaji Island, there was a guide. It is said that it is a cultural property, but it was not possible to enter the site due to the construction of repair and maintenance. It is a place where you can see the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge.
It is a registered tangible cultural property with historical value. I walked because I had time to go to Awaji Island. A protected cat in the area? !! A fat cat came home all over.
I'm not so impressed by seeing this lighthouse, but I can see the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge and there is a high-speed boat (Genoa Line?) From the nearby port to Awaji Island. If the timing is good, you can take good pictures.
It is a stone lantern hall installed at Akashi Port. It was built in the early Edo period and is said to be the oldest in Japan. You can see the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge in the back, and you can enjoy the difference from the retro stone lighthouse. However, there is a fence for preservation and you cannot approach it.
