Lovely statue
Lovely statue of a mermaid with a fisherman along Kini beach which is perfect for sunset watching. Legends tells of a mermaid saving a fisherman at the sea.
Great Statue
I’m guessing that the Sculpture Statue that is Panagia Gorgona depicting a Mermaid carrying a Dead or Dying Fisherman is paying homage to all those Fishermen who have been lost at Sea. A sad but true ...

Very special
It can almost bring tears to the eyes. It is next to the sea, making the place even more special. I really wanted to visit this place and take a few pictures of the mermaid holding the drowning man.
