    The drive along the peninsula of La Hague, starting at goury is a must do, the bay with the nose of Joburg, is simply stunning.

    Flour milling gives name to the Bay

    Ecalgrain" means "grain shelling." Ecalgrain Bay (baie d'Ecalgrain) gets its name from several flour mills which were once active along the creek which flows into the bay. Pretty Auderville France...

    Nice place for swimming

    Most of the cap de la Hague west coast is steep and rocky. This bay is an exception. So if you would like swim during your visit of cap de la Hague, this bay is a good opportunity.
