Germany's first welfare community, donated by a local banker, is mostly elderly people, and is designed to live with dignity. The house is full of mountain tigers. The Fogg district was the first social welfare home in the world to be used today, donated by Jacob Fogg, a Augsburg merchant and banker in 1521. Providing humane and dignified living conditions for the innocent poor, the welfare home is like a city center, now 150 people live in 140 houses in 67 buildings, and the annual rent of a house is still EUR 1, which is regarded as a model.

Visiting the courtyard does not need to buy tickets. The inside is very quiet. The garden is beautifully furnished. The old people live in the first floor room with 50 square meters. The kitchen. The bathroom. The living room. The bedroom is equipped. It is very happy to live in such an environment.

The Fuge district of Augsburg, the German town, is the world's first social welfare residential area, and the annual rent for a house is still a nominal value of Rhine Gurden gold coins (€0.88), plus three prayers a day for the patrons of the welfare home and the Fuge family. Mozart's great-grandfather lived here.
