Water sewage treatment area open to the public for birding.
We wanted to enter to go birding but it appears to be under construction. Hours have changed. No notice as to when it will be open again. It is gated and closed.

Awesome scenery well worth taking the time to visit and walk around for a couple of hours. Too bad they no longer allow cars to drive around the park because it's too far for seniors to walk the whole...
