I was on a visit to relatives and had some time to wait. I went to the centre but found that I was too late for the tour. Would have appreciated being able to take the tour.

We visited the centre yesterday, 2 Sept, with relatives from Australia. The centre itself is lovely,but we were very disappointed by the attitude with one member of staff(young, with long black hair)....
