I went for a drive from the center of Hamamatsu city. Although it is a mountain road, the road is well maintained and easy to drive. The dam was well seen from the observation space, and elementary school children were satisfied.
A dam PR facility attached to the Sakuma Dam, less than an hour walk from Chubu Tenryu Station. You can learn about Sakuma Dam for free. You can overlook the dam.
I went there because I wanted to see the Sakuma Dam. It's a little higher than the dam, so you can see the dam well. Even though Hamamatsu City is quite deep in the mountains, it seems that there are few visitors, but it was good that the toilet was clean and well cleaned.
