    It seems that there are 7 breweries on a small island as the birthplace of wheat shochu, but this was the most famous sake brewery. I went after eating rice at a nearby sea urchin shop.     Man 2 Traveling to Iki in the summer. After eating sea urchin rice, I heard that Iki was shochu, so I visited a sake brewery called Iki no Hana nearby. There are many kinds of shochu, and my wife and husband explained the color 々.
