It is a monument standing on the campus of Doshisha University. I wasn't sure about it on the school guide map, but as soon as I entered the premises, it was on my right hand, in a small elevated place. In front of the stone steps, there was a small guide sign and it became a landmark. However, why this is the site of the Imperial Palace was now a mysterious place.
