It's a beautiful building right at Murillo Square. We only observed from the square. We understand you can have your picture taken with the guards but didn't do so. Seemed like an imposition to us.

Used as Presidential Palace by former presidents before moving to "The House of the People" in recent times. It is a colonial building located in the Murillo Square area.
It is a full history, as every headquarters of the executive body; although La Paz is not the capital of Bolivia, if it is a political headquarters, hosting the executive, legislative and electoral institutions.

Beautiful building
It's a beautiful building right at Murillo Square. We only observed from the square. We understand you can have your picture taken with the guards but didn't do so. Seemed like an imposition to us.
