What travelers say:

An unforgettable hike Before I came, I was glad I had some preparations, because there would be a bit of congestion from Lanling Highway or Route 151 to Crabtree Fall, so we chose another uninhabited path, but it was worth it. The trail to the waterfall is maintained by the National Park Service, so a $3 donation is required. Of course, if you have an NPS park pass, you can park here too (the space is large enough to rest assured). As others have said, the trail starts with flat, small gravel paved and relatively easy to walk. Due to the wide view, it does not affect the view. You can still see the lower waterfall (this is a series of waterfalls). Keep going up, the trails are still well maintained, but all uphill. The viewing area is safe and offers seating for rest. If you are healthy, I think 10 miles should not be a problem. But we stopped for a turn at 8 miles and then it got steeper, and the higher the waterfall was said to be less spectacular, so we didn't go steeper, after all, with children. The whole waterfall group may be in the dry water period, and it did not bring me any particularly shocking visual experience. On the contrary, there is an illusion of the ripples of the small bridges in the south of the Yangtze River. Maybe it will change in the Fengshui period, but the lush jungle and cute little animals still make up for these little regrets. Of course, it is easy to go down the mountain, so I won't repeat it here haha. Beware of no mobile GPS connection on the way back, we lost a few times on the steep path, it was a thrilling experience. Overall it was a good visit, and even a little wish to retire and build a cabin here. Breathing fresh air, hungry to hunt, thirsty to drink mountain spring water, and be friends with birds and animals, although I still love the ocean more haha. Tip 1: Don't believe in GPS, you still have to follow the signs in the park. Tip2: There are two parking lots here, one high and one low. Lower altitude can see the bridge and waterfall. At the high altitude parking lot everyone has access to the bathroom.
