200 cliff Buddhas are engraved on the rock surface with a height of 200m and a width of 400m, and it is said to have been from the Heian period. The road under the Makai Buddha was closed, and I couldn't see the small Makai Buddha well because I could only see it from the opposite bank and from the observatory. I feel romantic why so many Buddhas were carved on this place.

It is said that about 200 Buddha statues engraved over time from the Heian period to the Meiji period started with the engraving of the fallen Heike. Unfortunately, when I visited, some roads collapsed and I couldn't reach the one I wanted to see, but the beautiful scenery along the river was pleasant.
