Terrific
I had two hours to kill between trains. The tourist info recommended going to the suspension bridge. An awesome way to spend time. They speak English and can help with train tickets etc.

We had a few hours lay-over in Nagiso waiting for our train to Nagoya. We also had a couple of suitcases. The info center at the Nagiso train station allowed us to keep our bags behind their counter...
The gentle lady speaks a good English. She helped us find a accommodation nearby and explained the path from Tsumago to Magome very well. Very special.
It is a tourist information center located on the premises of Minamikiso Station on the JR Chuo Line. (It is attached next to the ticket window) It is not surprisingly known to Japanese people, but nearly half of the users of Minamikiso Station are foreigners. (It seems that it will be almost foreign during the daytime on weekdays) Magome-juku ~ Tsumago-juku hiking is famous as "Samurai Trail" and was broadcast on the British BBC in 2016.
