Good park to visit with kids and to hike as well
This is a combination of a garden, petting zoo and kids parks. Lot of trails here and located up in the hills from Odawara City. I came here for the steam locomotive ride.
It is definitely recommended to take a walk here during the spring plum blossom season and the autumn leaves season from now on. I visit 2 times in spring and autumn almost every year. There are no shops nearby, so I love to procure drinks, lunch boxes and sweets all over the city and eat while taking a rest in this park and next Wanpaku Land.
Basically, it's a botanical garden, so it's hard to take a walk in midsummer and midwinter. After all, it is recommended that the flowers start to bloom from spring to early summer, and the season of autumn leaves from autumn to early winter. There is also a park called Naughty Land right next door, so I think it's okay to bring children.
The time when the plum blossoms are in full bloom is wonderful!
Original Text
The predecessor is the plum garden founded by Tsujimura Tsunesuke and Isuke. You can see the plants while enjoying a walk. After all, the time when about 600 plums are in full bloom is wonderful, and the scent of plum blossoms drifts. It is a short walk from the Odawara Atsugi Road "Ogikubo IC" (the exit is only downward). Parking was free before, but now it costs 510 yen a day. The park "Wanpakurando", which has been in a series of accidents such as falling slides, is adjacent.

and there were a lot of plum fruits.
Since it was originally a plum garden, there are many plum trees. I think it's the best time to visit the plum season.

It's getting cooler, so let's go again.
