Take the bus from okutama station . get off at the mizune bus stop and take the top of Mt. takanosu in 3 hours and 15 minutes from the mizune mountaineering gate. It was the summit at 12:00 at 8:45 at the start of the Mizune trailhead, but it was sunny on the 5th of Golden Week, but is it not popular for climbing this course? I was alone. I climbed with two bear bells ringing. I got off at Okutama Station, but it's as long as 3 hours and 30 minutes. I walked 20 km.
I think the view from the top is NO1 in the mountain 々 of Okutama. Mt. Fuji at the top. On the left side, you can see Mt. Tanzawa 々 and on the right side, you can see Mt. 々 of the Southern Alps such as Mt. Kitadake. The weather was nice on the day I climbed, and I could see all the mountains. In winter, you will be able to see all the mountains more clearly. The route went up via Mt. Mizune and down via Ishione to Okutama Station. The charm of this mountain is that the routes are diverse. However, the road width is narrow, ...
Around 10:30 on Saturday, park your car in the parking lot and go to the trailhead. At first, go down, get off to the swamp, cross the bridge and start climbing. Quite a steep climb. If you walk there, you will walk along the swamp. Super healing, swamps, moss, wonderful. After passing the swamp, it is a full-fledged steep climb. It's very tough because it's hot, but it's a mountain I want to go again.
This time, I stayed at the Nanatsuishi hut the night before and stopped by Mt. Takanosu on the way down Ishione to Okutama Station. On this day, the gas was out from the morning and it was a mountain trip with no view at all. On the route, Mt. Takanosu is the highest peak, but next time I would like to climb Mt. Takanosu to my goal. I think I can make a course of color 々.
