Log Church a piece of our history
This historic log church is out of the way but worth the drive. It is a replica (built in 1973) of the first church built in New Scotland when the Scottish migrations began.
Like a treasure hunt finding g the church but we never tore of the vistas in NS. Although rebuilt, it looks authentic with its horsehair in the chi ling.
Just a quick jog off the Loch Broom Loop road, this quaint path through private property take you back a few centuries to a time when the immigrants from the Hector made their mark on the new land. A...
We dropped by real quick on a drive through the County recently. Nice location and a very rustic, scenic log church based off the original settlers' church

Very old and historical log church and Mcdonald memorial, well sign posted but down a farm track, consult opening times otherwise it is locked up
