Piraeus Harbour

Piraeus is located in the heart of Athens, Greece, 12 km southwest of the city center along the east coast of the Gulf of Saronic. Piraeus was founded in the early 5th century BC and is the main port of ancient Greece and is now the largest port in Greece.

Piraeus is the outer port of Athens, from which you can take a boat to the Greek islands and Mediterranean coastal countries such as Italy. The subway station is Pier 7. There is a shuttle bus to Pier 1-5, and the rest of the pier is close and can be reached directly on foot.
