The train arrived in Petrozavotsk at about 4am this morning. Last night I slept well and woke up at 6am with a bright sun. The train is traveling between Lake Onega and the White Sea, full of star-studded lakes and dense virgin forests, and the scenery outside the window is beautiful. The city of Petrozavotsk is located on the shore of Lake Onega, the main attraction is Kiri Island, more than 60 kilometers from the city, where the wooden buildings make it included in the United Nations cultural heritage. Originally, there was a plan to get off here to Kiri Island for a long time and see the second largest lake in Europe, Lake Onega. Later, I learned that the ferry had been suspended at the end of September and cancelled it. I had the opportunity to come back in the summer. I only watched the beauty of Lake Onega in the car.
One has an ice festival in front of Lake. It's a festival every year, but this year is prettier.
Winter is also passing by inje, and spring is approaching, so it's a green lake.
The scenery is beautiful and worth a visit, the natural ecological environment is very good. However, it takes 12 hours for Moscow to get there by train and the traffic is not very convenient.
