While snorkeling here we enjoyed seeing some marine iguanas and a few rays hanging around. It's about a half hour walk from the pier, close to the Darwin Research Station.
The playa was a nice break from the touristy stuff. We saw a snake a couple of cute sea lions and other wildlife right away. tons of birds on the walking path to the playa, all in all really nice.

A fun and convenient place to snorkel

Nice little playa off the beaten track.
