The Shrewsbury Museum and Art Gallery have a large collection of exhibits upstairs, including all aspects of local history, and some art galleries. But I especially liked the new Roman galleries on the first floor, most of the exhibits were based on archaeological discoveries in the nearby Roman city, and the volunteer guide was very good.
