It is a castle ruin built in preparation for attacks from Tang and Silla in the 7th century and is a national special historic site. I couldn't go to the top of the mountain because of time, where I could see the spectacular view that ancient guardians had seen, but since it is a mountain castle, I could fully enjoy the solid stone walls and the scenery below. The Yamako "Kanata-kun" at the Yamako Conservation Center was named from here.

Kaneda Castle was designated as one of the 100 Continued Japanese Castles. It is a castle during the Yamato imperial court period of Emperor Tenchi and is classified as an ancient castle. There are few really tight slopes with strong slopes throughout, but ...

Those who are at a loss to go. Please visit. It is an impressive spot where you can feel the wonderful scenery and the romance of history. I didn't have much time and could only go to the southeast corner stone base, the south gate, and Sannokido, but I was still impressed. However, the road to the trailhead parking lot is quite narrow and you need to be careful. If you want to rent a car, we recommend going by light car. , I think you should avoid sandals and pumps ...

There is a battery ruin near the top of the mountain, but the view from Shiroyama (top) a little higher from there is beautiful. It seems that you can go ahead with the battery ruins and tour the shrines on the coast.
