Cam Ranh Bay Military Base is one of the most important military bases in Vietnam. The military facilities in Cam Ranh Bay are mainly concentrated on the Cam Ranh Peninsula in the north. Cam Ranh Port is located in the eastern part of the inner bay and is the home port of many frigates and submarines. On the Cam Ranh Peninsula on the east side of Cam Ranh Port, there are air defense positions with dense turrets and underground fortifications. There is Cam Ranh Airport in the north of Cam Ranh Peninsula, which can take off and land long-range bombers and large fighters. In the outer bay of Cam Ranh Bay in the south of Cam Ranh Peninsula, there is Binh Ba Port, with a water depth of more than 30 meters, which can dock aircraft carriers.



Nha Trang beach

This area is not well known but the people that go there all love it. It’s not a major tourist attraction so the prices are very reasonable.I stayed on 3rd road for £15 a night and my accomodation was great, there are many accomodation options starting form £5 per night. At the beach bar you can get a large beer for £1 and it’s a good place to meet new friends. The regular users of the beach bar are all very friendly and welcoming.



Vinpearl Cable Car

Here is the start of the journey to the Vinpearl harbor! The ticket to go with cable cars to Vinpearl harbor costs 200.000 VND (today, but some other periods has a discount - you can check the official website for more info). I and my friends were lucky because there weren't many people and so we quickly purchased our tickets and boarded. We were also alone in the car and this allowed us to enjoy the magnificent panoramic view that the cabin offered throughout the approximately 8-minute journey.



Following this, a 20-minute herbal mineral bath provides soothing warmth, enhancing relaxation.



Visited this island yesterday. It was great and easy to get to from Nha Trang. The buffet was delicious. Unfortunately, during this time of year the pools are a little cold so it's a little unpleasant to go for a swim. This of course is not the resorts fault. The mud bath was the highlight for me. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this island to friends. I'll be back in the future.



The Royal Cruise is a very worthwhile trip. The cruise ship is relatively large, and the facilities are very good. The food on the cruise ship is good. And you can enjoy the beautiful sea view of Vietnam while walking, which is quite good.
