M32***23:“The type of desert you see in the movies is right here at Ksar Ghillane. Two minutes walk from the camp and it''s endless sand dunes.
The thermal spring in the oasis is refreshing but warm to swim in. Perhaps inevitably the spring is at the centre of half a dozen shops and cafes so it doesn''t exactly feel like you''re in the middle of the desert. Since the spring is part of a semi-commercial set up it might be nice if it were cleaned a bit more.
Overall an amazing place to go. Not somewhere you''ll ever forget.”
