Nice, spacious facilities. Great location, we found it very convenient. Nice and helpful staff. Cons: 1. Smell of sewage from one of the toilets, had to keep it closed all the time. 2. Cleaning was in the morning the first few days, which was convenient when we were away, the last few days they came at 5-6 pm, when we were resting in the room. 3. Not very comfortable pillows.

The Hotel is located at the edge of Dubai North, its the closest 5 star hotel to Almamzar beach ⛱️

GGuest UserThe price is in the mid-100,000 won range and it is spacious, and since it is a residence, there is also a microwave.
If you don't like Middle Eastern tastes, it's okay to bring Haetban and eat it.
You can't see the fountain show, but you can see the Burj Khalifa diagonally. Please refer to the photo

SSaliouMy family and I had a wonderful stay at the Glden Sands 3 Hotel Apartment. As a large group of nine, with adults, teenagers, and children, we found the two adjacent family suites to be a perfect fit. The breakfast was excellent, and the kids loved the swimming pool. We also appreciated the convenience of the on-site car rental and tour booking services, which saved us from having to arrange things elsewhere. The free parking is also great. It was a great stay for our whole family! The only thing that could make the experience even better would be to have dedicated hours for ladies to use the swimming pool.

AAbdullahI recently had the pleasure of staying at two exceptional hotels in Dubai: DAMAC Maison Canal View Hotel and DAMAC Maison Distinction. Both hotels exceeded my expectations with their luxurious amenities, prime locations, and exceptional service.
DAMAC Maison Canal View Hotel offers stunning views of the Dubai Canal, complemented by beautifully designed rooms that provide a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The facilities were top-notch, from the well-equipped gym to the relaxing pool area. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city, with many attractions and dining options nearby.
DAMAC Maison Distinction was equally impressive. The hotel's modern design, spacious suites, and breathtaking views of the city skyline made our stay unforgettable. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel, from the chic décor to the high-quality amenities, was remarkable.
What truly set our experience apart was the outstanding service provided by the staff. In particular, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Rami and Mr. Remond, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was fantastic. Their warm hospitality, professionalism, and willingness to assist with any request made us feel truly welcomed and cared for.
I highly recommend both DAMAC Maison Canal View Hotel and DAMAC Maison Distinction for anyone visiting Dubai.
