Nice, spacious facilities. Great location, we found it very convenient. Nice and helpful staff. Cons: 1. Smell of sewage from one of the toilets, had to keep it closed all the time. 2. Cleaning was in the morning the first few days, which was convenient when we were away, the last few days they came at 5-6 pm, when we were resting in the room. 3. Not very comfortable pillows.

When I checked out, I told the front desk that I was going to Abu Dhabi for two days and would stay there after I came back. The front desk actually said that I would be charged 200 yuan, so I gave up decisively.

Excellent apartment. Everything as in the photo. A chic view of Burge Khalifa. The main guys are constantly in contact. We were met and settled at 2:00 a.m. At 1 minute 24 hours shop. To Dubai Mall 10 minutes walk.

Thanks to the warm and friendly lady at reception, we felt so welcomed that we decided to extend our stay for another night.
The restaurant was also a highlight—delicious food and a lovely atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back!
Just a small note: when we went to get our key for the second night, the experience with one of the senior staff members was a bit disappointing—unfriendly and somewhat unprofessional. Honestly, if we had met them first, we might have reconsidered staying the extra night.
Still, overall a positive stay thanks to the great service and hospitality from the rest of the team!

If you don't like Middle Eastern tastes, it's okay to bring Haetban and eat it.
You can't see the fountain show, but you can see the Burj Khalifa diagonally. Please refer to the photo

I have asked for a quiet room and I was told by reception there could be some noise due to renovation, I was ok if there’s some noise in daytime due to renovation, but I wasn’t informed that there is a painting job going on and the strong smell of paint filled the room. When I informed the staff, I was told painting is not in the hotel but upon my insistence they checked again to confirm that painting is going on. I have informed the staff that smell of paint is strong and it’s a HEALTH AND SAFETY issue for the hotel guests. But I was told they can’t stop the painting.

GGuest UserThis hotel is very well located and attached to Al ghurair Shopping centre where there is a medium sized Carrefour supermarket, Centrepoint, Bath body and works, Marks and Spencer shop to name a few and several eateries and chemists.
The metro station Union is about a five minute walk away.
Easy access to everything as it is right in the hustle and bustle of Al Rigga.
Taxis are readily available.
The hotel is split into hotel rooms and apartments on each side. Both are accessed from 1st floor.
There are 2 good sized swimming pools, with spa which you pay extra to access. There is a coffee shop in reception area open until late which offers cakes, sandwiches and coffees. Room service is 24 hours. TV selection is okay with a few English cinema films, CNN, Euronews and Travel channel.
Apartments are spacious and well designed however furniture is dated and upholstery dirty and stained. Air conditioning in rooms weren’t always working properly. Kitchen area had large American fridge, washer dryer and kettle with coffee maker. No pods provided for Nespresso machine. No basic washing up liquid etc.. so going to supermarket next door will be a must to get basics. Bathrooms had Swiss shower gel, shampoo, conditioner. Bathrooms were huge, modern and clean.
Rain shower lacked pressure but did the job.
Overall, a fantastic stay as apartment was huge, located in a good vibrant part of Deira, close to airport and staff extremely friendly and professional.
Furniture needs updating and maintenance needs to look into fixtures.
I would recommend and I would return due to location and outstanding staff

DAMAC Maison Canal View Hotel offers stunning views of the Dubai Canal, complemented by beautifully designed rooms that provide a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The facilities were top-notch, from the well-equipped gym to the relaxing pool area. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city, with many attractions and dining options nearby.
DAMAC Maison Distinction was equally impressive. The hotel's modern design, spacious suites, and breathtaking views of the city skyline made our stay unforgettable. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel, from the chic décor to the high-quality amenities, was remarkable.
What truly set our experience apart was the outstanding service provided by the staff. In particular, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Rami and Mr. Remond, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was fantastic. Their warm hospitality, professionalism, and willingness to assist with any request made us feel truly welcomed and cared for.
I highly recommend both DAMAC Maison Canal View Hotel and DAMAC Maison Distinction for anyone visiting Dubai.
