The accommodation is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom self-catering apartment which sleeps 6, located in the Predela 2 complex in Bansko, Bulgaria. It has central heating, air conditioning and a fireplace which can be lit to create a cosy and comfortable atmosphere. The property is located 300mtrs to the main gondola which will transport you up to the mountain and ski slopes. It is also within walking distance of the town of Bansko. The terms of our apartment management company state:A security deposit of £150 cash or equivalent currency (Euro, Lev or GBP) is required on arrival to be paid directly to our Apartment Management Company. The security deposit will be sealed in an envelope, signed by both parties and returned to you on departure provided the property is as you found it. For late night arrivals / departures "out of hours" a £15 Euros call out fee will apply for each occasion. (This will apply from 6pm - 9:00am).Should a call out be required from the Management Company at the guests request (e.g. lost keys, medical issues, police etc), then a 10 Euros call out fee will apply and 5 Euros per hour.Should a guest loss or damage a key for the apartment or its facilities (e.g. private parking space etc), then a 10 Euros replacement key fee will apply per key.The management company cannot be responsible for delays in meeting clients if incorrect / missing information is supplied. A £50 call out fee will be charged if incorrect information is supplied and they have to greet guests out of office hours. This will apply from 6pm – 9:00am.Bansko is Bulgaria’s number one ski resort. As well as having the best snow record and the longest ski season (15 Dec – 15 Apr) of all Bulgarian resorts, the new multi-million Euro investment in the ski area has provided Bansko with one of the most advanced ski centres in Europe, the highlight of this being the direct gondola ride which carries skiers and snowboarders from the town, right up to the first stop in the resort in around 20 minutes.Bansko also has the newest technology in hands free ski passes fitted with micro-chips readable through the pocket of a ski jacket. The town of Razlog lies in Razlog Valley between Pirin Mountains to the south and the Rila Mountains to the north. Bansko is a fantastic base for exploring the beautiful Pirin mountains where the highest peak is Vihren (2914 metres). Excellent location 10-15 minute walk to Gondola and excellent bars and restaurants. Swimming pool and Spa facilities excellent to relax and chill after day on slopes. Unfortunately due to a fall and injury first day up Mountain not able to use pool and spa facilities as much as we would have liked to. Restaurant on site food good, good value but service appalling. The apartment is located about a 5 to 10-minute walk from the main ski lift. The apartment had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and was more than comfortable for 4 people to sleep, cook and live comfortably. The spa under the apartments is great for those days when you want a break from the slopes and the restaurant is also worth a visit. It is not far from the gondola station, some people walk in their ski boots, but we still needed a car. IanBrown2014Fantastic modern apartment in a great locationPredela 2 is a great modern complex with the added bonus of Swimming pool and full spa facilities (Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Steam Room, Gym, and massage facilities) and has a lovely cafe and restaurant for the times you don't want to go out. The apartment is modern, clean and very well appointed. Two bathrooms in this two bed apartment is a real bonus for privacy and getting everyone ready and out - which for skiing can be early. Location was perfect for us with a 10 minute walk to the very centre of Bansko and the Gondola and with a great authentic restaurant just round the corner.
