Hefei Somerset Swan Lake Serviced Residence | Three Families Traveling with Kids – Super Satisfied, Unexpected Upgrade + Perfect Experience! Three families traveling together booked a three-bedroom apartment, and the front desk was incredibly thoughtful, giving us a free upgrade to a deluxe three-bedroom suite. The 108 sqm space was spacious and airy, with 3 bedrooms, a separate living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. It easily accommodated 6 people without feeling cramped, offering both privacy and a comfortable space for gathering. The room was spotless and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and fresh. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, a refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine. This was a lifesaver when traveling with kids, allowing us to heat up food and do laundry – it really felt like a home away from home. The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the Government Affairs District. Swan Lake is just across the road, perfect for walks, taking the kids out, and enjoying the scenery. Major shopping malls like Wanda, Intime, and MixC are all within walking distance, making dining, shopping, and leisurely strolls incredibly convenient. Getting around was a breeze. The service was warm and attentive. The front desk was responsive and had a great attitude. With 24-hour reception and secure access control, we felt very safe and secure. The apartment also offers amenities like an indoor pool, a children's play area, and a gym, ensuring everyone in the family found something enjoyable to do. This is definitely our top choice for family trips or friends traveling together. The space, service, and location are all excellent, and the value for money is outstanding. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Hefei!

I had a great stay for three nights in Hefei, the room was well equipped (fridge, washing machine and a projector to watch movies if you wish so), large and clean. I wish towels would have been a bit thicker, they seemed kinda cheap. Also the floor drain lr shower was sucking water kinda slow so you need to take quick shower or you are gonna stand in a deep water after a while. 🤣 Overall pretty good place to stay in Hefei, for the current price it is a great deal.

The room is spacious and well-equipped. It is very convenient to go downstairs for meals. The hygienic condition is worrying. There are traces of spit on the edge of the bed. The bedding on the bed feels damp and very uncomfortable. The room smelled like toilet and had an unexplainable smell. It is recommended to expose the bedding to the sun. The surrounding environment is very good. The forehead service at the front desk is very good. There is a charge for bottled water.

This hotel faces Taiping Lake and is conveniently located near Huangshan West Station and the newly opened cable car at Huangshan East Gate Tourist Center, making it perfect for road trips or a short, relaxing getaway. The rooms are spacious and very clean, equipped with a fridge and washing machine. The balcony, in particular, offers stunning views of the expansive lake and distant green mountains. In the early morning, the mountain peaks are often shrouded in a beautiful, misty haze, making you feel like you're immersed in a giant ink wash painting. The hotel is surrounded by several large lawns, bike paths, and walking trails, ideal for morning exercise and leisurely strolls. It's more like an apartment hotel, lacking a grand lobby, and the breakfast area is connected to the front desk, but the breakfast quality is good. The front desk staff are very dedicated; after check-in, they even escorted us to our room and gave us extra bottles of mineral water. They also helped us with parking. Additionally, there's a restaurant called 'Xi Xia' next to the front desk that serves excellent Huizhou cuisine; the dishes are fantastic in color, aroma, and taste, so much so that we had dinner there twice.

The hotel is located near Wanda City, the location is very good to find, booked before business trip, is an apartment hotel, the room is large, about 50 square meters, the bed is very comfortable, the front desk check-in is very fast, there is no need to wait too long, and the hotel also provides free drinks, taxis around, The place to eat is very convenient, the experience of staying is superb

The hotel has a great atmosphere; it was a pleasant surprise upon entering. The inclusion of a washing machine was especially convenient. The interior decoration was beautiful, the soundproofing was excellent, the toiletries were all from high-end brands, and the bed was very comfortable.

The hotel impressed us by its cleaniness and convenient location, as it’s a newly built one. Staffs are friendly and treated us nicely, although they cannot speak English well but still try their best efforts to explain to us. We booked a room for three people and only 2 breakfast offered in the original booking, but when we reached at the hotel the receptionist told us we can all enjoy the breaskfast without paying for one more. Very supportive and a big plus to the customer service. Breakfast offers various dishes with both Chinese and Western styles. This hotel would defenitely oan ideal choice when we come back to Heifei in the future.

Beautiful little apartment overlooking Taipinghu and surrounded by mountains. If you want seclusion, relaxation and fantastic views, these apartments are a must! There are a few restaurants nearby (20 minute walk) and some small shops. Be aware, there are no Meituan drivers or Didi drivers in the area so hiring or bringing your own car is advised if you want to explore the wider area. We were extremely happy with the room and it's closeness to the floating walkway, woodland hiking trail etc. The apartment has cooking facilities, but nothing to cook with (pans, plates etc). The owner was helpful and friendly and communicated well even though we didn't speak much Chinese. He recommended some local places and activities and it made our stay more enjoyable. We would love to come back in the spring 👌🏼

在外面住了那麼多的酒店這個價位性價比很高，比別的同價位酒店衞生要好，而且房間也大，裏面配套的設施也齊全，交通下路就是地鐵一號線，綜合來説是個不錯的選擇

The location was a bit hard to find! Luckily, they had put up a prominent billboard in the plaza downstairs! Based on other reviews, the hallways were indeed quite old. But the rooms were definitely clean and tidy! The handsome receptionist was especially welcoming and helpful! Excellent service!
