A truly great hotel, exceeded my expectations for around 250 RMB a night. **Pros:** 1. Excellent location, close to the subway and Zheng Hong City (a shopping mall). 2. Spacious room with a good view. 3. Great shower with strong water pressure that heats up quickly. 4. Very good service; staff were quite friendly and helpful. 5. Quiet, with good soundproofing. **Cons:** 1. There's a guest elevator that doesn't require a key card to access all floors, which is a bit concerning given the mixed crowd in a commercial area. 2. Map and ride-sharing apps have incorrect location data, often pinpointing it to the mall side, which requires a long walk. The closest accurate pin is Metro Exit D. 3. Bedding quality was just average.

A hotel with a high cost performance, five-star praise! The location is excellent, the subway station and the business district are out, shopping and eating are super convenient. The room facilities are complete, the bedding is comfortable, and I have a good night's sleep. The sanitary conditions have not been selected, and the details are in place. The service staff are very good and responsive. The price is also very affordable, this price can live in such a good hotel, it is really worth it!

The room was spacious and sunny, with a great city view. The bathroom was also clean. There was a strange smell when we first entered the room, but it didn't affect our stay. The front desk service was excellent, very friendly and attentive, and check-in was super fast. The hotel's location is also fantastic, quite close to Xue Wang Headquarters, and there are plenty of dining options nearby.

At this price, this hotel is really cost-effective. The large area is very enjoyable. The facilities are also in place and it is very comfortable to stay. Highly recommended. There is a shopping mall below, which is super convenient for eating.

The room was very clean, and the location was excellent. The subway and shopping street were right outside the door. The receptionist was also very helpful. I was there for an exam, and it was very close to the exam center. There were plenty of places to eat and drink, and even a movie theater was downstairs.

I chose this hotel because it was 15 min walking distance to the nearest metro station, which was one stop away from Zhengzhou East Railway Station. The room I stayed in was separate from the actual reception area which was in another building. The plaque of the Chinese name of the hotel on the outside was also different from the official hotel name booked on Trip.com which was confusing. It took me 15mins to work it out. Maybe they can sort this out in the future. The room itself was very clean and furnished extremely well beyond regular hotel rooms. The washing machine was extremely convenient and I was a set of clothes. Many food establishments were close by.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right in the city center and close to the subway, making getting around incredibly convenient. The room was smart and comfortable, and the Xiao Ai assistant (smart speaker) really enhanced our stay. The free laundry room and gym were a huge plus, breakfast was delicious, everything was spotlessly clean, and the service was thoughtful. It completely exceeded our expectations!

The location is convenient, near to metro station and plenty of food choices. Room was clean and adequately equipped, except there's no fridge in the room. But the hotel does provide shared washing machine in the reception room. The owner operator couple was kind enough to wash our laundry as we're going out and didn't have time to wait. How sweet of them.

Advantages: The hotel is close to Zhengzhou East High-speed Railway Station, which is convenient for catching the train. There is a drop-off service, and the driver is very nice. The room facilities are worthy of the 200-plus yuan room rate during the Spring Festival. It is an ordinary budget hotel with facilities. The room is relatively new and clean, and the decoration is of ordinary standard. But the hotel is located in a remote area and there are no supporting facilities around it. What I want to complain about is that the Yulanting Hotel booked through Ctrip shows that it is on the 20th floor of Kailin Plaza 3, and the floor number of the building is also shown as the 20th floor. When I got to the 20th floor, I saw that the hotel front desk was a birch forest and there was no waiter there. I knocked on the room number shown on the reservation, and found that there was already a guest staying there. They said it was the Atour Hotel. I called the hotel front desk and they said it was on the 12th floor. When I went to the 12th floor, I saw that the front desk was the Four Seasons Hotel. The waiter said that Yulanting and the Four Seasons Hotel are together. This operation is very confusing. I don’t know if it is because of Ctrip’s chaotic management or because hotels are selling customers to each other that the hotel market in Zhengzhou is so chaotic. There is no wardrobe in the room, the range hood and sink are installed but I don't know what they are used for, and there is no towel rail in the bathroom. The parent-child room written when booking has a king-size bed of 1.8 meters and a queen-size bed of 1.5 meters, but the actual queen-size bed is only about 1.2-1.3 meters.

The room is clean and tidy, and the service attitude is also very good. The hotel is directly connected to Zhenghong City, which is very convenient!
