The location is excellent, right next to a commercial area and night market. The room is very spacious, like a small apartment, fully equipped, and even comes with a scale. The room doors and windows are very thick, providing excellent sound insulation. I wasn't disturbed at all during my two-night stay. The hotel provides a detailed 'manual' covering the hotel itself, transportation, services, rooms, restaurants, and safety, which is a big plus. The breakfast is fantastic, especially with staff offering freshly squeezed juice. Every morning, guests ordered apple juice, which was incredibly fresh, sweet, and rich. Outside of breakfast hours, the restaurant still offers complimentary coffee and snacks. There's a free washer and dryer on the second floor, which is better than many more upscale hotels that charge for this service. Areas for improvement: The hot water for the bathtub was strong and quick, but the hot water from the faucet took a long time to warm up. The reason for this is unclear. The lights from some of the ceiling fixtures in the room were too bright, and some even flickered, which could significantly affect guests sensitive to light during sleep. The main entrance is not automatic and there's no doorman. It's quite difficult for guests to open the heavy door with luggage in one hand. I suggest replacing it with an automatic sliding door.

Room is in a hotel but check in is not at main desk, there is a keypad on the room’s door used to enter the room. Good location - very close to McDonald’s and Starbucks, and there’s a lot of smaller shops within walking distance. Room was very clean with comfortable bed. I would stay here again if I return to Hengchun.

The location is excellent. Given the nature of the region in Taiwan, it is difficult to find affordable accommodation, so I am satisfied in that regard. Honestly, if you are very particular about cleanliness, you should go for a 5-star or higher luxury hotel; however, if you don't mind that much, I recommend it! You can think of it as staying in an officetel (apartment) for a few days, and the noise level is comparable to that of a standard apartment or studio. Also, since I checked in late, I found it helpful to take the key box with me. However, please note that towels and similar items are not provided in large quantities.

Very close to Hualien Railway Station, the room door and the door are all password locks, very convenient, the sound insulation inside is a little bad, the external is OK, but because it is close to Hualien Airport, there will still be quite a lot of planes taking off and landing sound

1, the hotel does not work, but the room is good; 2, the breakfast prepared by the landlord is very good; 3, the traffic is not convenient, unless you have a car; 4, live for two days, the first day did not clean the room

Nice hotel room and delicious home made breakfast. It would be good if there is wardrobe in the room.

The room is just perfect for 3 adult people and the amenities were perfect for a seve-day stay: shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, tissue, towels. There were hangers and 3pais of slippers. The aircon is very good as well as the water, super strong pressure. There is also a ashower heater which was pre-set to a moderate hot temperature.. There is a refrigerator, hair blower, TV which we didn’t use because the wifi has strong connectiviy. The security is excellent. There was only one problem though: the late check in which was at 4pm Al though EE were allowed to enter the room at 2pm. Our arrival at the AirPort  was at 3am so we were problematic on where to spend the remaining hours before we could check in. Other than that, we were fine, Thank you, Stag Haven. Till our next Taipei visit.

The receptionist was very helpful in guiding me to the designated parking space. They also provided recommendations for nearby restaurants offering breakfast the following morning, as well as information on the accommodation's facilities. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is in an old building with outdated facilities, and the room looks quite different from the photos, so don't have too high expectations. It's okay if you just need a place to sleep for one night; at least the shower water is hot enough, the air conditioning is cool, and disposable towels are provided, which is nice. The biggest advantage is that it's very close to Ximen Underground Mall and Ximen Station.

We frequently visit Chiayi and have stayed in many accommodations. 122 has an excellent location, and you can even reserve parking in advance. The rooms are clean and comfortable even without staff. Self-check-in is convenient, and we highly recommend it. The only downside to our four-person room was its proximity to the road, making it easy to hear car noises while trying to fall asleep. If this bothers you, remember to bring earplugs; it will easily solve the problem. We also used the automatic mahjong machine in the basement this time. The whole family enjoyed it, and the kids were very happy. They even said they'd like to book the entire building next time.
