Very Good
PPARAS RABRAWarm welcome by receptionist. Awesome service. Quality and service at par excellence. Very much near to train stations.
The Best Western was perfectly fine for my one-night business trip to Melbourne—clean enough and very well-located. My only real complaint is that basic amenities were missing; there was no toothpaste or bottled water in the room. It didn't ruin my stay, but adding these simple comforts would go a long way for short-stay guests.

Great
GGuest UserVery clean, nice renovated rooms with all amenities including microwave. Very comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of luggage space. Coffee/tea/sugar and biscuits. Each room has it's own designated parking. Reception woman was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be staying again soon
KKam Ning CheungThe service is very good and the location is nearby Ballarat Station. It takes about 20 walks to Sovereign Hill. And there are too many restaurants next to there, such as McDonald's, Pizza Hut, Chinese restaurant and Indian restaurant .
AAnonymous UserMy husband was so happy to stay for one night. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The place was quite clean. The place is recommendable
GGuest UserI've stayed at the Admiralty Inn a number of times in the past and usually the stay has been good. On a previous stay earlier in the year, and as I was packing to leave, there was a knock on the door saying 'Housekeeping'. The time was 9.40am (checkout is at 10am) and I just felt I was being pushed to leave. I let it slide at the time as i wasn't far off packed and ready to leave anyhow. However, on my most recent stay in May it was taken to a whole new level. Having in mind my previous experience, I decided to place the 'Do not disturb' sign on the door. My thinking being that this should mean that I wouldn't be disturbed until the 10am checkout. At 8.09am, yes I checked the time, the door to my room opened, no knock no warning, and the housekeeper is poking their head in the door. Whilst I was awake I was still in bed though, but what if I had just jumped out of the shower and no clothes on? The housekeeper did make a hasty retreat saying sorry but I just feel that's not good enough, especially as I had the 'Do not disturb' sign on the door and almost two hours prior to checkout. It makes me wonder if any one else has had a similar experience. When you book a motel room you do expect a reasonable level of privacy but I am now very hesitant to stay at the Admiralty Inn again as I feel I cannot be guaranteed any privacy at all. In saying all this, I was tempted to leave a poor or bad review, but I settled on average as the room itself was adequate for the price. All things considered I think my rating of average is more than fair.

GGuest UserI had a great stay at Best Western Crystal Inn. At first, I was told check-in was only after 2pm, but later the staff kindly called me and said I could check in early. That was very helpful!
There is free parking on the ground floor, and my room was on the first floor, so it was quiet with no noise from cars. The location is very convenient — just a 10-minute drive to the City Centre.
The room was big and comfortable, and the bathroom was especially large and clean. Thank you to the friendly staff for the good service!
CcharmainenanaThis hotel perfectly matches my vision of Apollo Bay as a quiet, cozy, and nature-filled harbor town. The room was spotless, the facilities were well-maintained, and the hot water was plentiful with a super comfy bed – truly the best comfort for a traveler after a day of exploring. I especially loved the lush greenery surrounding the hotel; waking up to the sound of birds chirping in the morning was a delight. The front desk staff were very polite, and the check-out process was quick and efficient. If I ever visit Apollo Bay again, this will definitely be my top choice!
FFrederickZhThe place was easy to find and personally I appreciated the self check-in experience. The room was clean in general though like most hotels, it's hard to keep carpets clean unless you steam clean often, so maybe consider hardwood floors next time the rooms are renovated.
I do hope the noise isolation was better. People were talking loudly outside until late night.
