What a great spot, amazing views, so close to everything.
Bed was very comfortable, amenities were perfect. so clean and tidy and a nice basket of goodies to enjoy.
Our only negative was being right by front door when other guests came in at 3am, noisily chattering outside in the hall way and doors banging closed. (for other guests reading this please be mindful of this when you are coming in at night)
Other than that we had a lovely stay. Highly recommend.
We were really fortunate to have gotten a great deal for 2 nights on Trip.com.
On arrival there was more than what was expected once we settled in. The App forgot to mention Dishwasher, Washing Machine and Dryer so prior we were still happy for the price we paid for the accom alone but were smitten and ecstatic to see these included. The Apartment I believe had everything you could possibly need and had been serviced to top notch cleanliness we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights on stay. We would hope in the future we could book this amazing accom if we’re in similar situation

The room facilities are all available, and the laundry detergent wash combo toilet paper and other consumables are regularly replenished and enough to use. The room is sunny, the sun is full every day, very warm, and there is almost no need to turn on the air conditioner. The sanitation is very good, and the bedding will be replaced regularly. The service staff is warm and thoughtful, responsive, in short, it is a very good stay experience!

Very good room, I live with friends, a cozy two-bedroom, not afraid of noisy others, the soundproofing of the room is worth mentioning, we had a very happy stay. The style and characteristics of the villa are relatively distinctive, with a local atmosphere, and the overall appearance is very clean, very elegant, and looks very simple. The whole is located in the West District. In fact, it is quite prosperous and can meet shopping needs.

王王All aspects of the hotel are acceptable, but please pay attention to the issue of refund
A deposit of 150 yuan is required at check-in. When you swipe your credit card, you are asked whether you want to spend or pre-authorize.
Check out to confirm that there is no loss deduction, and no refund will be seen after five days, call to ask, saying that the operation failed when refunding, and ask me if I have another card
I didn’t argue too much and provided another card number, but obviously, my card is always easy to use, and why not contact the customer if the refund fails? They have phone and email
Guests staying please keep the check-in date and room number, so as to avoid similar situations, you can make it clear
SSaraCswI have stayed in this hotel before. It is a three-room hotel with a terrace. It is very nice. I booked two rooms again this time. Unfortunately, there is only one toilet. The plastic bag under the shower is not clean and seems to be hairy.
AAnonymous UserWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location near the CBD was convenient, the accommodations were clean, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
TTuomas YeStayed 3 nights at Ibis Auckland. Check-in wasn’t the best — the guy at the front desk seemed pretty grouchy and not very welcoming. Got to the room and found out the aircon and in-room oven weren’t working, which was a letdown. Had to switch rooms the next day, but thankfully the staff after that were much friendlier and more helpful.
The new room was okay — clean and decent for the price. But the TV remote was a bit of a pain to use, and there wasn’t much space to hang clothes, which made things a bit inconvenient. Nothing fancy, but it did the job for a short stay.
Overall, not a bad place, but could definitely improve on service and room maintenance
GGuest UserHad a great night's stay at this hotel. I loved our room and the pool. Room was not quite perfect, but perfect for us. I would happily stay here again.
The lovely lady on the reception desk did a great job and was incredibly helpful.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is just everything you need in Auckland. We booked a one-bedroom suite, with a double bed and a sofa bed that can fit us 3 well. There are enough amenities for travellers abroad from washing/dryer machine, microwave, oven, fridge, stove, kitchenware, dining table. Housekeeping is daily so this helps clear the rubbish in the room much. Staff is helpful and you get to use anytime fitness for free (we didn't use it though).
Walking distance to 24/7 shop, Woolworths, Sky Tower, Les Mills Auckland City, Britomart, University of Auckland.
The only downsides for us are unstable hot shower and air con is a bit stingy. But during our stay it's cold enough that we don't need Aircon.
We'll definitely come back here if we travel to Auckland.
GGuest UserExcellent central location with easy access around the North Shore and into the city. A new building with all facilities maintained in pristine condition. On line booking is very easy. We checked in extremely late (around 4am), and this process worked smoothly. We also booked a parking space under the building (not a critical requirement but convenient with limited street parking nearby). This was organised without any problem (the staff were very patient in handling my changes). While the hotel has no restaurant, there are a number of excellent restaurants within walking distance. Everything was good with our stay (3 nights), and I would recommend for business or holiday travel.
JJTTWorldVery spacious, bigger room than expected, very friendly staff helping with finding a rental car, a mot of ueseful equipment like a washing machine and powder but sometimes it is slightly damaged (shower door not fully closing) or could be cleanlier (sinks), however the important things like bed and blanketd were comfy and clean and i would definitely go again
WWong Wai ManA fantastic experience of our 7-nights staying in Royal Residency! The apartment is conveniently located in a local suburb, closed to almost all big names supermarkets especially with a few Asian Grocery nearby. Commute to CBD or hot spots via driving is easy! The apartment is quite new and is properly housekeeped and managed. Tanishq was very responsive to all our requests, really appreciated! Just one last point… the oven should have been checked prior to our arrival. We will definitely stay again if we ever have a chance coming back to New Zealand!
IIefataVery happy with the location being right outside Spark arena and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately there was noise coming from the room below us. We called reception about this but the noise continued throughout the night. The cleanliness could've been better as there was hair on the bathroom walls. Also wish we had chromecast as an option.
Overall this is ideal for anyone that is looking for an affordable venue close to Spark arena. Beds were comfy and the room has more amenities than most places I've stayed at.
