We live next door in the main house, so should an issue or need arise, we got your back.The Home: Perched above Spruce Street, your private home includes an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and 800 square feet of living space. The fully stocked kitchen provides all the luxuries needed to cook as if you were at home. Gather around the farm table for dinner, drinks or a board game. Enjoy the 20’ covered balcony or take in a movie on the 65” smart tv. When it’s time to retire to bed, a king gel foam mattress awaits. Need more sleeping space? Stretch out on the large, self-inflating mattress. The well appointed bathroom boasts fully stocked toiletries and a shower with 12” rain shower head. All this, centrally located to the mountains, lake and downtown Sandpoint. Use of 2 bikes and 2 kayaks included. The Neighborhood: North Sandpoint is a quite, tree lined street made up of residential homes and Hickory Park a few blocks East. Next to Super 1 Grocery Store and N Boyer which takes you to the heart of town. Walk, bike, shuttle or drive to all main locations in as little as 2 mins. Sandpoint is too special not to share with others. It's a fascinating town with fascinating people.Guest Parking/Getting Around:Street parking directly outside the home on Spruce Street and Jefferson (corner lot). I offers complete privacy during your stay. The suite includes a full bathroom, kitchenette with eating area, and queen bed. We don’t accept booking with U-Haul trucks. You will have a designated parking spot in the driveway that will fit regular size car. Our home is within a few minutes drive from Meridian Village, Boise Towne Square Mall, and I-84. Airport is 13 minutes away. (Please let me know ahead of time if you are bringing pets). The space is a guest suite attached to our home. You will have complete privacy with a separate entrance, a private full bathroom (with barn door).Would like to note that the coffee provided is instant coffee (no coffee maker), French press coffee available, and provided breakfast is microwaveable breakfast sandwich. The shower dimensions are 32”x32”. We offer portable crib, and floor portable chair for baby. Let us know before coming, and we will prep it for you. ( no additional fee) . We prefer to have 2 people in our studio.But if you need a place to sleep for 3 rd person we offer a foldable guest bed with mattress and sheets ($10).Just let us know ahead of time.
