Stay at 1633 and 1632. 1633 toliet smell even after I flush.. seen like drainage issues.. have told the reception when check out. Lovely renovation but there are some not stuff not up to my expectation. Inform dining is excellent .. Coffee capsule dont taste good.. not like Movenpick standard. Disappointing. Room was nicely removated. Happy to get adjoining rooms. Breakfast on Sunday standard is different to Saturday. Dont taste so good like sat. Beach club is great.. one of the best .. feel like the old times. Pizza is good .. Not enough facilities to support when spa is down .. there should be more massage and facial services.. or may be hair salon.. etc.. there should also be a supermarket inside.. and there are no shuttle to Plaza Lagoi. Japanese food standard is not to my expectation . Food is so sweet.. especially the udon soup base. Expensive and not up to standard. Please review. Scallop is disappointing. Went to the pool with slide.. wondering is the pool clean .. as it looks turbid to me. We were there during Bintan langoon days.. hope to see more new stuff for bigger kids. Kids club is boring for my 9 year old son. No Nintendo switch inside? Haha not much entertainment for older kids since sport club is not ready. Find the game room in bad condition suppose to be quite new ? Not much gaming .. Spa.. i am disappointed as occupancy rate is 60% .. there are no slots for 2 days. The spa cannot meet with the demand of such low occupancy rate? Still not wow like 5 stars yet.. We will not choose to stay here unless there are significant improvement .

The rooms were spotless, spacious, and filled with natural light. One of the absolute highlights of the accommodation was the deep, luxurious bathtub. After a long day of exploring and activities, soaking in the tub became our favorite way to unwind and relax together. The housekeeping team deserves immense credit for keeping every corner of our villa pristine throughout our stay, ensuring we never had to worry about a thing.Beyond the beautiful room, our trip was packed with memorable experiences. We are a couple that loves a mix of relaxation and adventure, so we decided to try the ATV riding offered at the resort. It was an absolute blast. Racing through the trails together brought a fantastic rush of adrenaline and added an exciting, adventurous spark to our romantic vacation. The staff guiding the ATV experience were professional, safety-conscious, and made sure we had the best time possible.Of course, no luxury stay is complete without great food, and Montigo Resorts delivered perfectly on that front. Our package included a complimentary buffet breakfast each morning, which quickly became something we looked forward to every day. The spread was incredibly generous, featuring a wide variety of both local and international dishes. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, from the live cooking stations to the fresh pastries and tropical fruits. Starting our mornings together over a delicious, hearty breakfast with beautiful resort views set the perfect tone for the rest of our day.What made this trip truly amazing was how seamlessly the resort blended high-energy fun with peaceful romance. Whether we were splashing around in our private pool, getting mud-soaked on the ATV tracks, or relaxing in our spotless villa, every moment felt special. The staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel valued from check-in to check-out. It was the perfect escape for me and my fiancé, allowing us to connect, create unforgettable memories, and enjoy a flawless blend of luxury and adventure. An Unforgettable Family Stay at Four Points by Sheraton Hotel! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely wonderful family stay at Four Points by Sheraton Hotel from 11 to 13 October 2026, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with our experience! We initially booked a Deluxe Ocean View Room and requested an extra bed. Viona kindly recommended upgrading to a Villa with just a top-up, and we willingly accepted her recommendation. While our room was being prepared, the team thoughtfully provided us with a temporary room to freshen up, which we truly appreciated. When the team brought us to our villa, we were absolutely amazed by how spacious it was! We were genuinely surprised and grateful for the upgrade. It was such a wonderful decision, and we definitely did not regret it. The villa made our family stay so much more comfortable and memorable. A special mention to the housekeeping team, who were incredibly patient and understanding when one of our children had an accident during the night. As parents travelling with young children, we truly appreciated their kindness, patience, and understanding. Thank you for being so accommodating and making us feel at ease during the situation. The breakfast experience was another highlight of our stay! Jenni and Monica were so warm, kind, and accommodating. They even asked if we had any special food requests and recommended Bakwan Jagung and Bakwan Sayur for us to try. We really appreciated their thoughtfulness and the extra effort they made to ensure we enjoyed our breakfast. What touched us the most was how Monica remembered our children’s names! ❤️ It was such a simple yet meaningful gesture that made our children feel recognised and happy. These little personal touches truly make a difference and turn an ordinary hotel stay into a memorable family experience. To make our stay even more special, the hotel surprised us with a complimentary cake as a farewell treat on our last day. It was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture, and a lovely way to end our family holiday. We felt genuinely appreciated as guests. A heartfelt thank you to Viona, Jenni, Monica, the housekeeping team, and everyone behind the scenes who made our stay so wonderful. Your genuine hospitality, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. We checked out with happy hearts, beautiful memories, and smiles on our children’s faces. The free shuttle from the ferry to the resort was super smooth. We got a great fruit juice and a warm welcome from the front desk. Lots of free activities there too. I was really looking forward to the dance and aqua dance, but after waiting in the lobby, we found out there wouldn't be a class that day. It would've been nice if they'd put up a notice so we didn't wait for nothing. Then we did other stuff like rock painting, animal education, and tie-dye tote bags, which was awesome. I even chatted with Mizhelle as she passed our dried tie dye the next morning while she did my henna – such a happy person! The room was pretty clean and roomy. The AC worked great, and they even gave us a cute, big woven bag to use. I brought earplugs because reviews said you could hear people outside. But all we heard were buggies, crickets, and frogs, so it was all good. Our stay included daily breakfast, and the hospitality was amazing. They greeted us by name, which made us feel special. The staff even remembered our names when we just walked by them – effort 10/10! We did the BBQ, which was an 8/10. It was a cozy dinner setup. Unfortunately, there were tons of mosquitoes feasting on us while we BBQ'd and ate, even with repellent on. The staff forgot the oil spreader, so we couldn't cook for a bit. But the night was still a great experience for us both. Definitely a memorable vacation. I just wish the lagoon stayed open longer than 6 pm.

This resort, nestled within a beautiful garden, boasts numerous swimming pools and hot spring baths with clean water. The breakfast was also quite good. The beach is pristine with shallow waters, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. It's suitable for families with children, couples, and all types of families.

My 3D2N stay here was so good. The staff is very welcoming. I asked for Birthday Complimentary decorations but they did not have that and need to pay 250,000 idr if want but I choose to not do it. So kinda disappointed but since the staff is polite so I’m good. Thanks for everything. I had a pleasant stay here. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

We stayed at The Residence Bintan for 2 nights and booked two different types of rooms for each night. Our second-night stay was at the One-Bedroom Beachfront Villa, which came with an excellent sea view and a private pool. We truly enjoyed our stay. The villa was spacious, clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff provided exceptional hospitality throughout our stay. As we had booked two different room types, there would normally have been a three-hour gap between checking out of our first room at 12pm and checking into the second room at 3pm. However, before we checked out of our first room, we received a call from the reception informing us that our second room was already ready. We were therefore able to check in directly without having to wait for another three hours. This thoughtful arrangement made our stay even more enjoyable. On our last day, our ferry was scheduled to depart at 7am, so we had to leave the resort as early as 5am. The Residence Bintan kindly arranged transportation to the ferry terminal and even prepared packed breakfasts for us. We were genuinely touched by their thoughtfulness and hospitality. ❤️ From the warm service and excellent facilities to the beautiful views, The Residence Bintan made our anniversary trip truly memorable. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again! 🌴❤️

The hotel is very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is small and dirty when we were there. Kids walking around at the breakfast area and jumping in and out from the pool to breakfast area. No proper towels provided for the pool. My room is clean but face a block of construction wall which looks really eerie at night. I think they are in the midst of extension their hotel. Blackout twice but power came back fast. Despite the small imperfect, it is still a very comfortable hotel which I will go back to in Batam.

A Perfect 3D2N Mother-Son Getaway! This was my second visit to Batam View Beach Resort, and it was just as wonderful as the first. I brought my mom this time, and she enjoyed everything about our stay. Food: Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a delicious mix of local and Western dishes. While we were bummed that the seafood restaurant was closed for dinner, the indoor restaurant/bar completely made up for it with great food and service. Amenities: The resort facilities are excellent, and my mom took full advantage of them. Overall, a fantastic experience. We will definitely be back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Excellent Stay with a Perfect Location! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was genuinely impressed with the overall experience. The location is one of its biggest advantages — BCS Mall, Grand Batam Mall, Alfamart, Indomaret, Fore Coffee, and plenty of local street food are all within walking distance. It’s incredibly convenient and makes exploring the surrounding area so easy. The room was exceptionally clean, neat, well-organised, and smelled fresh and pleasant. Everything was well taken care of, which made the room very comfortable to return to after a long day. The only minor improvement I would suggest is some maintenance for the flooring and the bathroom door. The breakfast was another highlight. There was a great variety of food to choose from, and the taste was genuinely good. There were plenty of options, so it was easy to find something enjoyable for breakfast. The service was also excellent. Both the front desk and housekeeping teams were friendly, welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. Their warm and professional service really made the experience even better. Overall, this hotel offers an excellent combination of a fantastic location, cleanliness, good breakfast, and outstanding service. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Batam. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
