The entire hotel is indeed a beautiful one. The staff are all accommodating. They even made a bed greeting for our wedding anniversary. Such a welcoming gesture. The buffet breakfast is also superb!
The only problem are the flies all around the place. Sometimes, going inside the room would have flies coming inside with you. Nevertheless, it was a pleasant experience.
This hotel is excellent. Its new, rooms are clean and modern, mine had a balcony and very nice bathroom.
Staff is friendly and eventhough I wasnt able the make use of them the facilities are great, restaurant nice pool and pretty well equipped gym.
Perfect!
Even though it is an old hotel, overall it is very good. The arrangement within the room is convenient and easy to handle and use. The plug is in the correct position. You can see in the mirror that you can charge the battery next to the bed.
The hotel was exceptionally clean. Free coffee for breakfast was a nice surprise. Overall it's good for budget travellers, but there were 2 issues. First of all, no hot water in the shower. It was slightly warm at most. The second thing is that there is a gap between walls and the ceiling of the toilet (like in public toilets). That means your roommate will clearly hear you poop, so maybe consider another hotel if you are in a new relationship.
I also prefer to have shower gel and shampoo in big dispensers instead of small (10ml) bottles. It's better to reduce single use plastic.
Accommodation is quite in the center of the city, near the shopping area, convenient to travel, good reception staff, clean room, breakfast is considered delicious.
Premiumly the best hotel.
We highly recommend this place when you come to Khao Yai.
We stayed at other hotel with the same star range as La Casetta, but I can never recommend others more than this place.
The environment. The cleanliness. Especially the staffs and service, just simply the best and the kindest.
Close to THE MALL, many restaurants nearby, motorcycles can be rented at the front desk.
There will always be someone at the front desk, there is an elevator, anyway, there should be, but the water heater is a bit less hot.
Very good accommodation, extremely beautiful, comfortable, spacious and very convenient to travel. The price is extremely cheap.

MMrs SiOverall, my experience was good, thanks to the stunning views and the size of the room. We booked an ozone suite with mountain views, and I absolutely loved the scenery! However, due to its distance from local attractions, it’s important to plan for extra travel time. This wasn’t an issue for us, as we had a driver.
That said, there were some areas for improvement. The shower facilities, particularly the water pressure, need attention; otherwise, it would have been a perfect stay. The breakfast options also fell short of a 5-star hotel standard—there was a limited selection. It was only on our last day, Friday, that the breakfast improved.
On a positive note, the buggy service was prompt, and the staff were friendly. However, the pool water was not as clean as expected, and it closes at 7 PM.
In the evenings, there isn’t much to do, as there are no attractions nearby.
PPanidaJSThe room was clean, generously sized, and featured a very comfortable bed. However, the pillows lacked proper support, which unfortunately left me with a sore neck each morning. The hotel’s location is excellent, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Communal areas are well-maintained, with plenty of charming spots to sit, relax, and enjoy the cool breeze, as well as spacious grounds for walking.
We were slightly let down by our room upgrade. Although we had specifically requested a quiet area, we were placed next to a family with very loud, screaming children, which made it hard to unwind and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere we were hoping for.
Breakfast, however, was the most disappointing aspect. Based on the glowing reviews, we expected a high standard with good variety, but what we experienced was quite underwhelming—basic, uninspired, and far from memorable. For a hotel of this calibre, the breakfast offering felt like an afterthought and is an area that clearly needs significant improvement.
SsrzanU Khao Yai is a fantastic choice for a relaxing getaway. The location is ideal, surrounded by stunning natural views, and the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained. The breakfast and food offerings are delicious, though halal options are limited to fruits, vegetables, seafood, rice, and eggs, which may feel restrictive for some. The staff are incredibly helpful and attentive, adding to the pleasant experience. The facilities are excellent, enhancing the serene atmosphere perfect for unwinding. Overall, it’s a quiet, rejuvenating retreat with a few minor limitations for halal diners. Highly recommended for those seeking tranquility!
SSamantha Yan NiHighly recommend this resort in KY to everyone. We stayed in the beautiful 2 bedroom villa with private pool. My family enjoyed our stay. It was a great retreat. Breakfast in the villa itself by the pool (and even in the pool) was so memorable. Could have stayed for a few more days!!!
GGuest UserMuthi Maya's staff has really good service and they went beyond my expectation to provide me with a cake as it was my partner's birthday. I have stayed with their other hotel within the kirimaya group, Atta, and my experience there was a really good and pleasant one, hence chose to stay at another of their sister hotel. However, Muthi maya is very far from most facilities and facilities are only accessible via their shuttle service based on certain timings or by driving. During the stay, one of my kids experienced a medical emergency, a allergy reaction, a first for me, and Kirimaya group's hotel is not the hotel you want to stay at when you are faced with a medical emergency. Firstly, Muthi Maya's reception does not have the basic necessity of a medical kit or medical bag. We even contacted the Kirimaya's hotel reception and Atta's hotel reception and there was no medical bag that we can have access to. Secndly, the nearest hospital is at least 30km away. My kid's breathing pipe was closing and waiting for the ambulance was definitely not a good idea. So if staying here, Driving is the best way to get here. Other than this huge scare, because i stayed during their 'non-peak' period, the hotel breakfast was not the usual buffet and this was a huge disappointment for me as i was looking forward to a good breakfast given i have stayed at Atta before and the breakfast was really good when i stayed there. one night in Muthi Maya cost twice as much as atta as well, Hence the high expectations. Overall, i would say the room was really huge, and pool in the villa was really clean. but sadly because of the situation i had face, i would reconsider booking this group of hotel in the future.
GGuest UserNot bad. The service is very good and the environment is very good. I want to go again next time, but the location is a bit far. The food and environment make people relax. It is good if you bring your family.
OOne n OnlyEverything very new, very clean.
Staff are very nice and very friendly.
Highly recommend.
Near minivan , train station to, from Bangkok.
Can rent scooter from hostel, if run out, there are scooters rental near by.
It has roof top bar, very nice breakfast canteen..however there is no cooking facilities, but no need to do any cooking, because Thai food are so good and so cheap.
There is a night food market just right across the road, many street food and restaurants near by.
Good place to stay before heading to Khao Yai.
Hostel is in centre of Pak Chong, there is a very big Chinese temple near by, where people practices Tai Ji every evening.
Big C and Lotus is not far away can go there to do shopping and, or eating in nice food court there.
Be aware of riding scooter and safety especially to the Dam, which have to ride on free way with cars and trucks all running at 100+ km/ hour, if renting a 125 cc scooter would be unsafe on fast free way, where there are motorbike lands too, but unpredictable safety on bike land, eg rocks or slippery sand, pot holes or sometimes truck or cars just parking on these land. And very dangerous and unsafe to make U turn with little scooter which has not enough power to change land in on running very fast traffic. Those no experience with riding scooter should just join tours for your own safety.
People in Pak Chong are very nice and friendly.
DdyhxTruly 5* in all aspects. Beautiful huge property with the rooms surrounding a lake, giving great views in the day. But don't worry about the size of the area, they have buggies to shuttle guests around. Our 2 bedroom suite was a huge comfy space, a master bedroom with a huge bathroom that comes with a luxurious bathtub. The other bedroom had 2 single beds with an attached bathroom with a standing shower but still spacious. Huge sofa in the living room (which can possibly sleep another person) and a dining table, all in between the 2 rooms. Everything is well maintained and clean, mini bar all inclusive, it's funny how they continue stocking the fridge even when we didn't drink any. I love the open wardrobe concept. Wished they had a full length mirror in the Twin-bed room though.
The breakfast spread is good, a wide variety including live stations for eggs and congee and cuisines ranging from local Thai to international. They also have an extended selection on the weekends including a noodles live station. The pool, right beside the breakfast restaurant is a little small but enough to keep the kids occupied. The water is perpetually cold regardless of the time of the day. Staff here are excellent, always full of smiles, friendly and welcoming, from front desk to the buggy drivers, to the servers at breakfast.
Certainly my choice hotel if I ever return to Khaoyai.
SSamritI had a great experience. Travelled as a family of 4 and the reception was amazing. The welcome drinks were tasty and we couldn’t have picked a better room. However, may i suggest for the following improvement:
1: Anti slip mats in the bathroom. The whole floor is marble and my 1 year old is slipping about trying to get from the bathroom to the private pool.
2: Pesky mosquitoes are everywhere. Would be good to install those electric socket mosquito repellent.
3: Because of the amount of bugs at night its a bit of a drag to get to the minibar since we have to literally open the door to the veranda to access it.
