Pick up and drop off is fast and staff were efficient and professional. Dents on car upon pick up were all highlighted on the paper before we signed. And they were patient in explaining the language as it was in German. Once we returned the car, there'll be a staff who'll inspect the car. And once given the green light, sign and its all done. I love that they inspect the car in our presence. As this will minimise any dents incurred after drop off in airport. Well done, Europcar.
