The rental car was listed as a Toyota Corolla, but when I picked it up, it turned out to be a Volkswagen Jetta. It was in excellent condition, practically new, with virtually no scratches. There was a slight odor inside, though, so I had to open the windows to ventilate. Picking it up and returning it was a smooth process, as I'd already purchased car insurance through Trip.com (otherwise, you'd have to buy it from the rental company).

Although the car I rented wasn't what I'd booked, it was still quite new, clean, and in good condition. The company also provided excellent service, with door-to-door pickup and delivery, which was quite convenient. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that they had to copy the front and back of my credit card for delivery, which was a bit of a safety concern.
