The car is expensive for what it is, but I think that's just the norm in Crete. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Car battery failed one evening, and they had a brand new battery brought to the car very quickly. Would use Surprice again.

Airport counter. Easy pick up and drop off. Staff were friendly and helpful. Car was quite new and drove well. All previous scratches/ dents were recorded so no issue with refunding deposit. Only the entrance of the drop off location for Avis is a little confusing at the Greek airport, need to allow for extra time to locate

I had reserved a Hyundai i20 but was given a Fiat Panda, of course after being asked for my preference. Since there were two of us, I accepted. I was allowed to film a video when picking up the car, and I had no problems returning it either; the process was very simple and quick. I recommend it.

The car condition was great, pickup and drop-offs were extremely easy. The biggest bonus about this branch is that they allow pickup at the airport and drop off at the seaport, which makes it a lot easier for us logistically as we needed to take a boat to our next destination. The staff at both branches were super friendly and helpful, even allowed us to return the car and hour later than its scheduled time. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great experience overall. The car was clean, in excellent condition, and worked perfectly throughout our trip. Pick-up and drop-off were quick and easy. The staff member was extremely friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with anything we needed, which made the experience even better. The only downside was that we only found out at pick-up that a physical credit card was required for the security deposit. Since we didn’t have one, we had to purchase additional insurance, which increased the total cost. It would be helpful if this requirement were communicated more clearly during the booking process. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we would happily rent from them again.
