The airport pick-up was convenient, and the whole process was communicated in Chinese via WhatsApp. The staff was very polite! The car is not too new, but it is clean inside and out. There is a mobile phone holder and charging cable provided. The car is in good condition and the speed is stable!

Booking from Trip.com was easy. And the reason I selected Nippon Rent-A-Car is I was able to select baby car seat and ETC car during booking. Then I proceeded to email Nippon to ask about Hokkaido Expressway Pass (HEP) which they replied quite promptly. I booked for Honda Fit and got a Toyota Yaris Cross where the car condition is good and clean. Whole pick up process and return was smooth and fast. It comes with Google Maps in English language. Highly recommended.

Good professional service. Very good price compared to other rental companies. The car is clean and in good running condition. The company is reachable by WhatsApp and they are responsive to all queries. Airport pick-up and drop-off was good. I opted to buy extra insurance during the pick-up as to ensure a hassle free journey in Hokkaido. If you need ETC, you will have to pay the daily fee and deposit at the store during pick-up. The only downside is that the car we had does not have English option for the GPS installed, had to rely with Google Maps - which sometimes does not provide accurate data. Thanks to Fu and Li the pick-up and handover was smooth with detailed explanation. I highly recommend BeKobe to those who are visiting Hokkaido.

Since the car we rented this time was an old model and the price was affordable, the condition of the car was pretty good. The car was clean and there was no smell of smoke. The airport pick-up service was pretty good, and we didn't have to wait too long. When we rented the car, the service staff explained it clearly and were friendly. They didn't force us to sell the product. They took the initiative to contact us before departure and sent us a message to inform us of the return information before returning the car. These small details were very considerate. Overall, I was satisfied and would rent again next time I go to Hokkaido.
