Pick-up should be more convenient since we had a problem to call them due to their system. But staff comes after we call by mobile phone. I want to purchase the ETC card for tolls but they were all sold out (these should available for reservation or adequate for all customers) if you book via Trip or any agent please don't purchase insurance, car rental company always has their own package so purchase at the counter for your own convenient. The car is as described enough for our luggage and 5 pax. Drop off near Sapporo station was fast and convenient.

Honda Fit
Booked for 2 days for Honda Fit, but got Toyota Ativa brand new car with milage just around 750km. Process was smooth and rent the ETC and pay the HEC here despite the fact only use for 2days since high way are not convenient and cheap for cash payment. Brought the superior insurance here and Budget shop doesn't ask me to top up further. Come with snow tires for winter period car rental.

Exceptional service worthy of a japanese standard. From booked to end, constant update and communication with the support. Friendly, courteous and will go the extra miles for customer. Unless other vehicle rental, they personalized their service which is unique to them. They don't Co share the pickup and their pick up was nothing short of precise. I had done a rental where I needed to wait for the minivan to be filled or another flight, wasting precious time. Totally recommended. If theres a six star I would have given it to them. I am thoroughly pleased with them
