Booking with them thru here is super easy. Communicated with them as soon as the booking was made, they very extremely helpful and friendly. Even if you dont contact them, the info & instructions here was clear enough to know when and where to pick the car up. Rented a BMW Z4 for our trip from Tokyo to Mount Fuji.
