The Futtsu Citizens Fireworks Festival was launched in 2015 with the concept of "holding a fireworks festival organized by citizens." The event will celebrate its 10th anniversary in 2025, and like the Futtsu Fireworks Festival held 60 years ago with the dream of the predecessors, it aims to be an event that expresses the dreams and hopes of the region and citizens under the theme of "promoting the construction of roads at the mouth of Tokyo Bay." It is held at Futtsu Beach, and its beauty is worth seeing, including underwater fireworks and sound and light shows. You can enjoy the fireworks while enjoying the coolness of the evening breeze of Tokyo Bay. 
In 2025, 5,000 fireworks will be launched, including fireworks, laser beams, sound shows, land and sea star thunder, underwater fireworks, and fireworks with a diameter of up to 2 shaku (6.5 cm). The fireworks are reflected on the sea surface, adding to the beauty. Another highlight is that Futtsu is the only place in Tokyo Bay where you can see two-shaku fireworks on the water.
